Huiji Bak Kut Teh

Ingredients:
- Pork Rib - 1kg (cut into pieces)
- Dang shen - 30g
- Red dates - 30g (remove seeds)
- Longan - 15g
- Chuan Xiong - 10g
- Gan cao - 3 slice
- Bei Qi - 20g
- Wolfberries - 15g
- Yu Zhu - 50g
- Chen pi - 3 slice
- Huiji Waist Tonic - 3-4 cups (Huiji measuring cup)
Methods:
- Bring pork ribs to a boil, drain, set aside
- Wash dang shen,red dates, longan, chuan xiong, gan cao, bei qi, wolfberries, yu zhu, chen pi, put them into a big pot, pour in 3 litres of water, bring to a boil over high heat, boil for another 1 hour over low heat
- Add in pork ribs, simmer for another 1 hour till pork is tender, to taste
- Turn off heat, pour in 3-4 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic
